Večer. Bigo, Figo, Profesor in Maček si umivajo zobe, Koki pa se pred TV-sprejemnikom baše s čokolado. Ponoči ga napadejo zlobni kariesi, in Koki se zjutraj zbudi z bolečinami ter oteklo čeljustjo. Profesor, Bigo in Figo mu skušajo po svojih močeh pomagati. Po vrsti neuspešnih poskusov Koki na koncu ostane brez zob in lahko mirno nadaljuje s sesanjem čokolade.

Evening. Bigo, Figo, Professor and Cat are brushing their teeth, while Koki is stuffing himself with chocolate in front of the TV. During the night he is attacked by the evil Caries and Koki wakes up with a swollen jaw and in terrible pain. Professor, Bigo and Figo try to help him as best they can. After a series of unsuccessful experiments Koki ends up losing his teeth, and can continue to suck on his chocolate undisturbed.
