How does each material react to light? How does each texture appear? What emotional connections do we have with these elements? What do others associate with the materials I chose? Advanced students are encouraged to combine various techniques (and are asked to plan ahead in order to use a second technique in post-production). A DIY approach is encouraged, with every improvised solution and method being welcome, the main goal is to realize one’s vision.
