Ligia Soare is a cultural manager working in the world of film festivals for over two decades. She has been co-organising Animest International Animation Film Festival since its first edition. Ligia is also a professional audiovisual translator with recent studies in cultural accessibility, the coordinator of Cinema without Barriers in Romania and initiator of a series of inclusive cinema events mainly focused on young audiences.
