Animateka 2025 competition programs revealed!

The wait is over, it’s time to unveil the 22nd Animateka competition programs!

With a lot of effort, we carefully selected the best out of 952 short animated films, including 296 for the Elephant in Competition Programme, 369 for the European Young Talents Competition Programme, 260 for the Main Competition Programme and 27 for the VR Competition Programme, and classified them into four Animateka 2025 competition programs:

Main Competition Programme
(short animated films from Central, Southern and Eastern Europe)

European Young Talents Competition Programme
(short student animated films)

Elephant in Competition Programme
(international program of short animated films for children)

VR Competition Programme
(international programme of animated VR works)

Congratulations to all the authors who were selected into the competition programs!

Other non-competition programs, which will revive 22nd Animateka’s big screens, will be announced soon, so stay tuned.
